　　由中国法学会、共青团中央主办，中国法学交流基金会承办，北京独图文化发展有限公司具体承办的“‘爱祖国、学法律、创和谐’全国青少年普法动漫大赛”新闻发布会于2010年11月5日在北京电影学院动画学院隆重举行。[img]http://news.cartoonb2b.com/htmleditor/uploadfile/20101108/20101108130324660.jpg[/img]　　“爱祖国、学法律、创和谐”青少年大型普法系列活动自2008年开始，覆盖全国31个省、自治区、直辖市及香港、澳门特别行政区的青少年群体。整个活动由百城千校志愿者普法活动、青少年普法知识问答、青少年书画摄影大赛活动、青少年普法动漫大赛活动、港澳与内地青少年法律交流周、颁奖晚会等系列活动组成。

　　青少年普法动漫大赛是系列活动的重要组成部分，意在推进“五五”全民普法规划的落实，加强青少年社会主义法治理念教育，进一步提高广大青少年的法治观念和法律素质。该活动以漫画和动画的形式，表现我国现行《宪法》、《未成年人保护法》、《预防未成年人犯罪法》等与维护社会稳定及与青少年生活密切相关的法律内容，弘扬社会主义法治文化，培育当代青少年的社会主义法治理念，进一步丰富“爱祖国、学法律、创和谐”主题活动的内容，增强活动的趣味性和直观性。[img]http://news.cartoonb2b.com/htmleditor/uploadfile/20101108/20101108125426353.jpg[/img]
