记　者：您好张老师，感谢您对本次大赛的支持并在百忙之中接受我们的采访。
张耀宁：对于漫画方面的活动，我们都应该支持，义不容辞。
记　者：张老师，您是搞新闻漫画的，您觉得新闻漫画在整个漫画体系中所处的是一个什么样位置？
张耀宁：新闻漫画是漫画体系中的一个重要组成部分。从历史角度看，中国真正意义上的漫画，起源于新闻漫画。
记　者：请张老师谈谈用漫画这种形式进行普法宣传的优势。
张耀宁：用漫画进行普法宣传是一种非常好的形式。漫画形式深入浅出，易吸引观众和读者，寓教于幽默，不仅对于普法教育，对于其他普及性活动也很适宜。
记　者：针对本次大赛用动漫这两种创作形式与青少年思想道德教育相结合，谈谈您的看法。
张耀宁：现在的青少年基本都是看着动画、漫画长大的一代。思想道德教育又是当前青少年教育中当务之急的工作，用他们非常熟悉的动漫形式作为教育的载体和语言，再适合不过了。
记　者：请张老师对参加或即将参加“爱祖国、学法律、创和谐”全国普法动漫大赛的朋友们说两句。
张耀宁：用你们熟悉的动漫造型和艺术语言，为中国社会法制化的进步做点有意义的事情。
