吉林动画学院副院长本次大赛组委会艺术顾问记 者：您好常院长，感谢您对本次大赛的支持并在百忙之中接受我们的采访。
常光希：很高兴能和你们交流。记 者：目前国内很多院校都开设了动画专业，学动画的学生也不少？那么在动画教学当中强调更多的是动画的艺术性还是实用性？
常光希：艺术性和实用性其实并不矛盾，只是不同的院校有不同的侧重点。从市场的角度来看，动画专业的学生必须具备较为全面的素养，二者缺一不可。记 者：将动画这种形式应用于青少年普法教育，请常院长谈谈您的看法。
常光希：普及青少年法律知识和理念是弘扬社会主义法治文化的重要举措。将动画这种广大青少年喜闻乐见的艺术形式用于普法教育，做到寓教于乐。可以增强普法的直观性和趣味性。记 者：鉴于动画的特殊属性[url=相对于漫画创作时间长]color=#000000，如何在短时间内创作出符合要求的作品，希望常院长能给即将参赛的朋友们一点建议。
常光希：作为动画短片必须立意清晰、短小精悍。勿需追求“大”而“全”，而是以“小”见“大”，尽可能利用有限的条件来达到最佳的动画效果。记 者：常院长，作为本次大赛组委会的艺术顾问，您希望本次大赛获奖的动画作品除了准确的体现普法目的，在艺术性方面能够达到什么样的水准？
常光希：避免说教，力求用动画语言来诠释法律知识。充分发挥动画片想象、夸张和幽默的特性，使作品达到观赏性和艺术性的统一。记 者：再次感谢常院长，谢谢。
