2013第三届冰雪动漫展暨第二届哈尔滨WCS赛区1月8日破蛋

中国第三届冰雪动漫展由黑龙江省委宣传部、黑龙江省文化厅、中共哈尔滨市委宣传部、哈尔滨市文化局、哈尔滨广播电影电视局提供平台，由深圳广播电影电视集团与哈尔滨马迭尔集团股份有限公司强强联手，并由哈尔滨奇诺传媒有限公司倾力打造的青少年寒假动漫文化盛会。本次漫展继续与冰雪大世界相结合，在哈尔滨设立WCS世界COSPLAY峰会赛区，最终选送一支双人团队五一期间赴全国参加总决赛！本次漫展力求打造国内首创冰雪与动漫的奇幻世界，以冰雪之城的风姿为国内漫展带来最时尚的ACG新风潮。来自全国各地的近百支团队，必将群雄逐鹿，精彩纷呈，可谓COSPLAY的华丽盛宴。2012年1月8日神奇的永恒国度将呈现在所有人面前。
